Procedure is something like this, may vary a little depending on your board 1- Go to board office and take the attestation form(two forms, 1 each for matric and inter) from window which deals with forms. Fill this form. 2- Go to the Board's bank and get two deposit slips, fill these slips and deposit the attestation fee (mentioned on the attestation form, most probably Rs. 500 for each) 3- Paste the bank's deposit slip on the attestation form filled for matric and attach two copies of matric certificate. Do the same for Inter. 4- Go to board's window which receives applications. Deposit your both forms. 5- Board will keep one copy and attest the other. 6- Attested copy will be sent to you by post on the address given by you on attestation form. Expect at least two weeks to get your attested copy. As matric and inter attestation is independent of each other, you will receive two separate letters of your attested copies(one each of matric and inter). 7- IBCC will take this copy and original along with attestation fee (Rs 200 for attesting original). 8- Get your attested original certificate back after one day of depositing to IBCC office. |

My application status on the website of University of International Business and Economics is "approval". They have given the application procedure on their website. An approved application can be "accepted" or can be "not accepted". As you told me that I've been selected by the university, I'm still affraid of being rejected. Please clear my confusion. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk @Fahad My CNIC is going to expire in November 2016. Will I need CNIC in China? Should I apply for "Smart CNIC"?? No use of CNIC in China. But better to have one with you, it may become handy if you loose your passport specially at Pakistani embassy in Beijing. I think there will be a renewal facility in Pakistani embassy too. No need to get NICOP |

ii- You will get award letter from your university or CSC through IPC, use its copy. But travel grant is available only for accredited university so confirm from HEC that your university is included. v- Go to a registered travel agent and ask him to make a quote of PIA ticket on its official letter head for Islamabad/Lahore/Peshawar/Quetta/Karachi(whichever is applicable to you) to Beijing. Quote should mention class of travel(Economy), price in PKR, date of travel. http://goo.gl/DrwbXc P.S: Srilankan airlines is offering the cheapest ticket for Lahore to Beijing and Karachi to Beijing. Today's Fare for 4th September flight(Lahore Beijing) is Rs. 43,430 |

I think 79k is for both sides, means half of it will be approved for travel to China which will be 39.5k. I am not 100% sure.
