The day NAB uploaded the final lists for interview the only thing I could think of was "I am not competent enough". Now I'm reading some comments about going to court here in this thread. Just for the reference, I scored good marks in both JIO & AD (77 & 71) and I was very hopeful after psychological test but what i did not realize was that my psychological went good in my judgement not according to requirements of NAB. All I want to say is please don't make a fool out of yourself, we all know that from the beginning everything has been done on merit. Honestly, those who are thinking about going to court are becoming a laughing stock because the organization you are blaming is much more responsible then you think of. Anyway, the decision is yours.
And those who think failure is not an option, I would say success comes with guts.

My heartiest congratulations to those who made it to the interview, best of luck for your selection & may ALLAH bless you always.

And those who did not make it to the interview despite good marks I would say remember these words "I am not competent enough", these will put you out of misery. Life doesn't end here. Accept your failure & work even more hard for days to come, life is full of surprises.

Charming, MehrALI, SA Haider, Cyber Scar... I feel pity for you guys as you could not make the interview stage. However, I think people like you are the ones who would not let meritocracy happen in any of the government organizations as the tests or interviews you would not qualify, all of you would constantly murmur over the selection procedure and would not accept that other candidates were better than you. Your character won't be enhanced by filing a writ petition. However, you would be successful if you accept your rejection and carry on with your life looking for other better opportunities. But seems like you have become jealous of the ones called on merit and want to disturb their chances of selection by putting a halt on the recruitment process.

now from this list it can be deducted the names and marks of disqualified candidates

ok brother can you explain me the criterion to struck out the people who scored higher marks than you or anyone else who qualified. can any one explain????????

And those secured higher marks and are now out did they worked hard or those who secured less marks and are qualified.

All the qualified candidates are free to give rational answers. if any body has the answer which can satisfy us we will not be fighting anymore.

As of now we are determined to fight against our right for justice and transparency.

Or did i wrote family for blood and the person wrote red for blood worked harder than me.

Psychological test result does not have any marks.... it has a report based result.... which specify mostly suited, suited and unsuited and its reasons.......Its more of a judgment

Neither the people who qualify know the criteria on which they were selected nor the people who didn't qualify know the criteria.....

Only the NAB or NTS know on which basis they selected and dropped candidates.....

And no hiring authority declares psychological reports of the candidates.... Not by FPSC, IB, ISI, and ISSB or any other.... they just told that they are not suitable......

for ur kind information your previous posts which are quoted by @star5 clearly shows u were about to use references for this job whereas he achieved his target via merit so don't point him out....this is kind of trend here in pak if candidate rejected then they just roam around saying injustice is done to me haah, really funny even i m not selected so wat this job is not the end of my life and if i am competent enough thn ALLAH will bless me wid a better one...and if i have cleared my written nd have scored well by making lucky guesses thn definitely i will take a stay order bcz i am not sure that i will be lucky enough to score the same next time or not....same is the case with some of the forum members over here

One more thing i want share....
Psychological result does not have any link with higher marks in written....

If you search on internet the normal and abnormal personalities you will see that people who very below average and very above average both are considered as abnormal personalities.....

Normal IQ level is 100....

If one is having 150 or above IQ level he is also considered abnormal and a person having below 70 IQ level is also considered abnormal....

So both the extra genius and dull considered as abnormal personalities....


In the psychological test those who choose the most option as Strongly Agree and Strongly Disagree fall in the above and below average category....


Similarly every psychological test has a rating scale for personality test one is the average and other two are below and above average....

The candidate who fall in the scale of average are considered suitable and above and below are considered unsuitable.....

Those candidates who have used influence and references should be wooried about our intentions to seek justice from courts...others should relax and need not worry coz nothing will happen to them...I can sense from the remarks of few members of this forum as if something is pinching them inside...If u r clean then why r u wooried or is the case something else...it seems as if something is fishy with those members commenting against our possible court going decision...

Failure is not an Option

I have been keeping an eye on this thread for last two weeks and did not say anything. I have scored 67 marks in AD Sindh rural which made me 5th top scorer in Sindh rural . I have not been called for interview. I believe that those who are successful and if they really think that they have been taken on merit for the interview then they should not be so afraid of other members who are not satisfied with the results and want to go court.
It is their right. Everybody knows what happens in Pakistan it is not a secret and those holy cows who are saying that NAB is an honest institution are living in the paradise of fools . Chairman Nab Faish Bukhari himself is not an honest person what to speak of others.

Dear it is a tricky test... Even you think you have done the best, you still fail... and this happened with me 3 times....first time in ISSB and two times in Ministry of Defence psy.test.

I will help you next time in exams.
