i). Bio-data form duly signed and filled in completely. (Already enclosed/ attached with notice issued by Post/Email).

There is a form attached with the email you received. You have to fill it completely and sign it and send it along with the mentioned documents to FPSC.

Default Equivalence Certificate??
Somebody please resolve this issue. I am an Engineer which is obviously 16 years of education hence a masters degree. Now the question is Do I need to send an equivalence certificate? If yes, then what is the process to get such a certificate, how much time does it take and whether from HEC Islamabad or any regional office?
Any Engineer who is also in the list or anyone who has information, answer will be appreciated.
