I'm not disrespecting anyone, I'm just saying that the said recruitment haven't been finalized and you are expecting that the department will announce vacancies again, how that can be inevitable as the vacancies are being filled up in this selection and it will take a year to finalize the vacancies so be rational. It is not necessary what your friends told you, they might be playing with you.

Whether those who did not attend full paragraph in shorthand during the shorthand test and as well as during the interview (Shorthand taken three to four lines from every candidate) if did not attended full paragraph, should they mark themselves as rejected??? or they have any chance??

Any one here from Punjab Rawalpindi region who have received any call or offer letter for the post of stenotypist
They must call all of them who secured more than 50 marks because u people have given interview there were 250 seats and there were no females so how they fill the vacancies or from overall outa 154 seats were for Punjab region so they must send letter to all incumbents. All of u also know that not all people came for interview so they must do just for those people not call or offer those who family member or any relative working in IB because it will be totally injustice for those who are capable and needy for the posted job .

To all concern,
keep in your mind if selection committee/interviewer panel does not found any suitable candidate for any post from Niab qasid to Steno according to the standards they fixed for each post they will keep it vacant but will never never hire the disqualified or candidate whose not fulfill the desired criteria. Sorry but harsh truth.

Well, it would be much difficult for the candidates who are unable to pass the shorthand test as they will be direct rejected. Last time they did rejected the candidates who were unable to pass the shorthand test and seats were left vacant.

Well, that is not justifiable as they consider merit because they need skilled full and educated candidates for their organization. I know some applicants who are well-qualified and they were selected and in addition to that many department officials applied for the post but they were unable to pass the test that means they did fair recruitment. If someone is not selected it is his weakness, it shouldn't play blame games to afflict the organization reputation.

Yes, it is true who so ever does not have short hand skill will be considered rejected and they will vacant the seat instead of appointing a non-professional candidate.

and for OM guys may one week or couple of weeks they will be getting calls. for verification.
