Today received call from TCS HR and my Assesment Test (Next Evaluation phase) is on 28 june time 8.30 a.m at Shalimar Hotel near EFU Building Jail Road Lahore...

got the call from tcs today and the interview is 8.30am lahore. Any anybody from multan received the call? Those who done with the assesment please share their experience

Final Result would be announced in 2 Weeks atleast. Selection would not be based on region but instead the top 50 candidates (who scored decent grades in all rounds -test, interview, assessment stage) from all over Pakistan would be selected on merit. they could all be from Lahore or they could all be from Karachi, depending upon their score! Assessment Test in my opinion was of Mummy Daddy Nestle wana be kind. lol!

But the seats are fixed regionally. Karachi has 29 seats while Lahore has 15 (I think). So selection would be regional. Further, why would a candidate from Lhr would come & work in Karachi or vice versa.

Director sales, the guy who was heading the interviews told me about this selection criteria. I don't know for sure if that's true or not!

We were informed by HR Head in Karachi about the regional based selection. So his word holds more value.

But khair whatever it is, I am hoping that we might start receiving calls by this week.

I talked to the HR office, the person said that results have been compiled and it is now up to the management when to disclose it. Secondly the MTO program will commence after one week of result announcement date.
But a friend of mine asked from an internal source that the program will commence from mid of August.

Why don't they let the people know about their decision, then they can start the program from whenever they want. Atleast one would know if he is IN or OUT. They should let us know by the end of this week!
