I don't know why.... but it seems to me that they made a mistake by starting mto program... And now they have realized it and they are just delaying so that people no longer associate hope with them... and stop pursuing it... I have been to TCS interview in Lahore and so called assessment center of Lahore... The people are highly unprofessional... the way of they talk and the way they dress up... So don't expect anything bigger than 20-25k per month from this company...

I have slightly different point of view. 25K salary is sufficent enough for now as they are going to give you training and salary as well. In other words they will be investing on us and get benefits from our skills later. It is not a bad decision to start a career with MTO especially if you are unemployed!! Furthermore, the average salary for MTO program usually lies between 20-25k, so it seem to me a good step to start with instead of doing the boring 9 to none bank job.

Well i think you dont know about the working schedules in tcs  i think you better consult some one already working in tcs. Tcs is hiring people now ,before that this organization has more work load and less number of employees and those becharey employees has to spent alot of time after the off time to complete thier work.

well i came across the oppournity in end of March with the first interview to be held in TCs but i joined Textile company followed by their 2nd interview but no response from Tcs as i knew that if first interview is after 3 month then u should knew how much time will it take for 2nd interview and offcourse start of training period.
the add was posted in Dec and now its july damm are they hiring for Tcs London Office.

They are going to start a new project and fo it they are recruiting MTOs Sales Manager, IT professional, etc So, it is not easy for a corporate to pursue the expansion strategy instantly! They have scheduled everything and now working according to that. Wait is the only thing that we can do
 So wait with patience friends

i wish tcs offers good package however we cant say that job in tcs will not be hectic because if you guys remember when our first interview was held, it consisted of a detailed personality review of candidates and they asked questions regarding how much one can take pressure? How one deal with pressure? And in the end thy said that as you know very well k yahan kaam ka kitna pressure hota so we designed our assessment on that basis.
