Hi,
Placement candidate ka specific region mai hoti hai ya kahi bhe. e.g Islamabad is in north region. so will any candidate from Islamabad will be placed in north region or any other. I am worried because i dont want to do any where except Islmabad and Rawalpindi.

Thanks sister Saleeqa Batool for useful information. I have few questions:

1. Whats the procedure of Medical and from where we can have our medical checkup and can get certificate?

2. What is the job description of MTO? I mean majority of them would be placed in operations (Clearing, remittances etc) or all of them would be placed in other departments?

3. Can they place MTO in a remote area branch or they will be placed in Major branches across Pakistan in major cities?

Ask for the bank's MO from any near branch of NBP. Procedure depends on doctor to doctor.

today i got fitness certificate from BMO along with the X-ray report....

Your appointment letter specify your place of posting. As for as Islamabad Region is concerned , its all branches are located with in the boundries of islamabad.However , Rawalpinid region is streched to Pindi Gheb , Attock ,Muree , Gujjar Khan.So if you are posted in Rawaplpindi Region, your place of posting (branch)will be decided by RH and GM HR.

1- Medical is not extensive and it entails X-Ray, BP, Eyes-examination.No Blood test.Banks MOs are not on the pay role of the bank so they will charge the candidates.Normally there is one MO in Region.In Islamabad, DR Zaheer is Bank's MO whose clinic is situated in SuperMarket Islamabad.

2-There is no job description of MTO .....?It depends upon the resposibility one is assighned.

3-MTO can be palced anywhere including remote areas.

Thanks alot. As for Region is concerned. I have no problem. But one of my friend is in Multan and he belongs to Islamabad. Moreover, I applied for HR and my majors are also HR. Thats why i have fingers crossed.
