sir journalism is not included in pms optional subjects... .and can i select social work in place of public administration(is it mark gainning..?)...how is the combinition of social work political science and.. punjabi ..?

I'm preparing to appear in Css 2015
My optional are
Physcology
Geography
Sociology
But I'm unable to decide my last 100 marks subject...i have a great intrest in above subject.kindly give me advice for selection of 100 marks subject.i don't have any intrest in regional languages..
Waiting for guidance

very good tips.
but i want to ask that how to study exactly. how are we supposed to cover the topics mentioned in CSS syllabus. i have books but when i study its not effective as i dont know how to prepare a chapter or topic.
