i would recommend you to go for psychology..as it is easy,less time consuming and scoring as well.

so what should i opt in place of indopak, some fellows said that indopak can be done easily as half of it is covered in pak affairs

That is an extremely wrong concept. Keep in mind , in css take every subject a separate entity. Yes time it may save , but it would disappoint you badly in terms of scores. Rather , it may prove a nightmare. Yes in place of indo Pak , you can go for psychology. Psychology is better then Indo Pak.

And what would you suggest whether one should go for Arabic or sociology and journalism( keeping in mind: I am good in english but not at ratafication)?

Interanational Law is very good and interesting subject. I scored 71 in my first attempt and 62 in second . I , personally am quite satisfied with this subject. Its objective mostly keeps on getting repeated and by solving past papers objective , one may score above 15/20 which may prove quite helpful in crossing 60 at least. Arabic may be a better choice . However , now after the pattern has got a bit changed and has been made tough , Arabic would demand hard work and revised strategy . The paper of 2014 was not easy and was quite different from pattern.

No I didn't take 2014 attempt.
These days preparing for PMS 2014.
This would also prove instrumental in css preparation. However , particularly for css will start in September. Till then I would be done with 4 out of 6 compulsory subjects as the compulsories of PMS and css have lot in common.
