For cramming, try the following tips,

1. Things that are to be memorized, do them either before sleep or early in the morning, because if one sleeps just after memorizing something it helps in retention. Likewise the mind is fresh in early morning that's why it takes lesser time to memorize things in these hours.

2. Make a separate profile for those things which need cramming like quotations, facts and figures etc. keep it separate and have look at it time and again.

3. Use as many learning skills as possible if you want to retain things effectively i.e. first read it silently and attentively (reading skill), memorize, read it aloud (speaking and listening skill), recall (visualize), and write it down (writing skill)

4. Revise as often as possible.

These are tactics which work best for me as I am also poor at cramming. I hope these will work.

I m suffering from same issue... i m very also vry poor in cramming... quotations, idoms, verses, indo pak dates, EDS abbreviations and scientific terms, Ohhh God, dnt know how to cram all this stuff.... seniors please help.

i would suggest the same as i did to other members that owing to sudden upheaval in the pattern of the subject it might be cost you some costly marks but if you consider yourself at home when it comes to the field of commerce and willing to opt it i would suggest a thorough study of syllabus even referring to some extra things which might reduce the chances of loosing marks in case of surprise...........any further query regarding Accounting and Auditing feel free to float them

1)I didn't read newspaper regularly but only a few articles near exam.

2)Didn't practice Essay writing even not outline.In paper presented an unimpressive outline.

3)Short time,less preparation,no proper guide line.

Insha Allah next attempt will be free of mistakes.

xaaara@ if u have had accounting previously why dun u go for stats ?????????????as stats compared to accounting is concise and requires less effort regarding the syllabus and the efforts to be made????????????????
