No need to attest medical certificate from MOFA for visa process. But after reaching china, MOFA attested certificate may be required for temporary residence and medical insurance. In my view you should get your old medical certificate attested from MOFA when attesting other documents. In this way you don't need to go to MOFA twice and you will have both MOFA attested old certificate and embassy designated hospital's new certificate.

I think going by road will take up 5 days of tiring journey and about 35k to 40k. Srilankan Airlines takes around 42k for Karachi to Beijing. PIA is taking about 62k (plus 5% service charges if you buy ticket using cash from PIA facilitation center) for Lahore/Islamabad to Beijing.

Interestingly somewhere I read that PIA offers 5% discount to students if they have proof. If they are traveling to join their respective university then admission offer letter is also acceptable.

Mujhay tu lagta ha k China walun ko bhi roza lag rha ha ju itna slow procedure ha. Abhi tak koi response nahi. Still the status is application form is currently checking.

2- HEC attestation of bachelor onward degrees and transcripts
3- Police clearance certificate from your district/divisional police office
4- MOFA attestation of all above
5- Medical certificate from embassy designated hospitals.

you mean these ? what is IBCC?

Can "Result Intimation Cards" be used instead of certificates for IBCC attestation?
