For me, the entire process is still transparent (and would be if I didn't get an interview call) as I have no resource in NAB/NTS and only this forum helped me in all aspects till my interview call.. and I can swear upon GOD on this..

Further, if didn't get a call, even then I would think that NAB had selected the more competent one instead of spreading desperation..

Well, have the interview calls stopped? I don't think so.... I believe they are still going on and whole October would pass in this case. So my fellows, thora sa aur intazar. Bas 15 din aur. Sab saaf ho jaaye ga .

Waise, other than that lady, anyone got call for AD from Punjab??

HOW IS IT TRANSPARENT?
First of all they did not publish the results of pycho test.
it was such an easy peasy test i kno many of the candidates here will argue that pycho test has nothing to do with easiness or difficulty. They should have issued a carbon copy so that we could tally our answers with the key.
secondly the last date for submission of missing dox was 13 august which was again extended. why was it extended if they set a dead line they should stuck off the candidates who fail to submit their dox with in the due date.
thirdly and most importantly Y TWO PSYCHO TESTS?

Now this discussion hurts solely because if I have been called for the interview, it does not mean that I have used any unfair means for it. I have no relation in any of the government departments and I can tell you with pure belief that this recruitment would be fair than most of the others.

I know what all of you guys are feeling who have not got an interview call. I would have been feeling the same had I not received any call for the interview but starting the discussion of going to courts is something I would have never done.

My merit number as per my marks in the written test are in the top ten for Sind (U). Does this mean that I have used an influence to get a call for the interview? NO SIR !!

But if NAB is influenced by influential people, and there is nepotism, favouritism in the recruitment process, than we must go to court for our right or not?

I hope NAB recruitment process be transparent as it seems to be till the 1st psychological test and if I, or any other go for letigation, i will pray that NAB came out as victorious as it is contributing some good to our country and our people, and we will be very much dissappointed if nab's credibility is disproved.

I am the regular visitor of CSS forum since last year and today was the first day I post any message ever.. The reason behind this was calling to NAB Islamabad today in morning to ask whether my name is included in the interview list or not, and was given cold reply " Jin ko call jani thi, chali gayi hai". After that I got a call in noon.. The posting of informing my interview call was only to make it clear that still NAB is calling candidates for interviews..

@SA.Haider... You guys are cursing NAB for no reason. Ash and ghostman has made a sensible point. You will waste your time, money and effort and get nothing in the end. I never saw any government organization that runs after each candidate to supply document as NAB has done. You must appreciate the fact that NAB has given every body a fair chance.

I think your point of arguement is that it did not publish the list of candidates who have made it to the interview, and I reckon based on this you can not say that recruitmeint was not based on fair. I will appreciate you enlighten me what is fair policy?

Secondly, it is just an unofficial news that only 15% other than the number equal to seats. Whats the proof that guys not called for interview have passed the psy.test? I am not saying this because I got interview call, but that is a reality.

It happens in our sweet homeland dear. People get selected without applying for a job. You may not but many others are influencing certain organization.
I believe this process was a transparent than many others, and pray that it must complete purely on merit.

@incendize please be carefull to comment here. This is very critical moment. The our brothers and sisters who have not been called for interview may feel bad and hurt by our misinterpreted comments. Our sympathies are with them, Allah must have written something better for them in life, it is just matter of time to get it. They made thier best shot, but Allah has planned something else for them.

By the way, do you wanna see me on interview day?

Yes brother..... I know that all are hurt. My sympathies are with them. I would have felt the same as I said before. I have been in this situation many times before (just like Rao Adeel was telling in one of the previous posts). I never lost faith in ALLAH. When I went for the recruitment test, a friend of mine said you are mad. No need to go for the test as the vacancies would be filled either by the previous staff of NAB or sifarishi's. The biggest sifarish is that of ALMIGHTY ALLAH. He has written something for all and we would get that part not anything else.
