Being an ordinary and average guy I didn't want to put my comments over the ongoing discussions between the talented and mostly gazetted officers. However, after following the thread from top to bottom I felt it to put some words.

I can give you a more detail overview of the department but I do not want the aggressive fellows to be after me. However, I can only say that what IMBINDAS has said is true about the department atleast 80% true if not 100%.

P.S: Please listen if someone is giving you a true picture its better unless you join and repent.

Let me end all the confusions now.
1.Salary will be 55k plus, they get double basic not 20 % of basic so at least 15 to 20 k more than normal 17 as he draws 38 on permanent basis.
2. Postings will be at main stations, bright chances to be there in ur own province.
3. At big stations pick & drop will be provided to you by deptt, no official vehicle.
4. When posted at stations like sialkot, kasur etc where AD commands, an old model Jeep sort of vehicle will be at ur disposal.
5. PR depends on officer own skill & ability, I know a AD jiska kaam DCO muqadas kaam smjh k krta ha, but at the same time there are ADs who have no power, means power comes the way you engage the departments like police & administration.. when you provide technical support to police & an eye opener secret to AC or DC, they will definitely be with u,
6.Promotions are good, ADs of 2004 are Directors now, ADs of 2010 are DD now,
7. Foreign courses or postings are also offered at least one or more times in service.
8. Single ADs may get accommodated in attached rooms or flats if available, but family accommodation will have to be managed at own.
9. 500 Mobile Credit will be given to u.
10. Last but not least, Some people in the waiting list are trying their best to discourage the selected candidates not to join so that it may make some space for them.. BEWARE OF THEM....!!!

i am a silent viewer on this forum since last four years, today i have created my account on this forum just to tell you that i have seen this guy Mr. imbindas in different interviews like tehsildar AD IB , AD Loacal govt, progress officer and i think in kp PMS 2013 (in all of the above posts unfortunately i was not recommended and even Mr. imbindas does not know me we have just seen each other in the waiting room before interviews) what i have observed him in these interviews Mr imbindas is a talented and very cooperative guy don't blame this guy to be envious of your success, arrogant or misleading you. it is my request to some concerned members on this forum to quit this foolish and controversial discussion.

Thank you Alpine dear, I had ceased appearing in Tests and interviews since i got my new job, because i can't irritate people nor the commission anymore Recently i got two interview letters, Administrator law, Social welfare and zakat officer, but I did not appear because i was not interested. The only interview i will appear inshallah would be CSS interview. By the time kpk PMS-2016 will be concluded, we would be already in 17 scale inshallah. So i have left PMS for aspirants like you who deserve better.
I was not here to glorify myself, i just wanted to help those who don't know. I have recently rejected thrice offer of teaching in CSS preparation academies with handsome pakage, because i myself is CSS aspirant, and too busy in training and study to do justice with teaching. But I was, and am , always available for those who wants to learn. Candidates use to call me everyday, whom i never met, i don't know, for their tests and interview guidance, but not for a single moment, i felt annoyed, i always helped. I really don't know how people fetch my cell number, but Alhamdullah, I am thankful to Allah for the respect HE bestowed on me. Probably i am the only person so far, who teach without getting a penny lol Ajj kal tho koi muft may kise ko apna bukhar ni daita :P.
