@orangeemperor25

I second Bilal that if CCE held annually then chances of age relaxation would be forbidden. it's not a valid argument that CCE not held in 2012. Firstly it delayed because of court proceedings 2ndly when CCE was advertised in 2011 there was 66 post of PMS but when it re-advertised in 2012 there was almost 80 seats for PMS alone so these additional 16 post can be considered as of PMS-2012.
on the other side if age relaxation ll be awarded by Court verdict even if PMS held annually then it ll make the work of over-aged CSS aspirants more easy

Well my friend it was officially titled pms2011 and cut off date for age was 1st jan 2011 so it can be considered pms 2012 as stated by you is an invalid argument and by the way the division bench of high court dismissed intra court appeal of punjab govt on 1st november 2011 so it is not court's fault if exam was delayed i have explainedthat pms/pcs exams are delayed on the behest of dmg so that they can usurp pms seats and fraudalently show them as their right that since no suitable candidate was available because of court proceedings so we promoted these dmg officers to ensure smooth functioning of state affairs just this past week i was informed by an additional secy that rashida malik the notorious secretary mpdd has publicly sworn that she will not allow any pcs officer to get promotion through mpdd course and she is given special task by the chief secretary and that is why she is in mpdd for past six years so kindly understand there nefarious designs and tactics all these affairs i.e recruitment and pomotion are interlinked and deliberate hiccups are created to frustrate the pms officers
P.S the name of additional secy mentioned above is khurshid ali zaidi who was deputy secretary mpdd some while ago

bro if you take a look at my previous posts in this thread regarding age relaxation you will see that i have mentioned that the government will have to give relaxation either on their own or on orders of the high court this argument given by some esteemed friends like Bilal Hassan that the high court mentioned that if the govt holds pms on yearly basis then no relaxation will be given is factually incorrect because first of all pms was last advertised in 2011 but was re advertised in Feb 2012 on high court orders with 3 years age relaxation with 1st January 2011 as the cut off date for determining age which was to be less than 31 at that date so technically no pms was advertised in 2012 so already 2 years have elapsed since last pms was conducted this argument that it was held in 2012 holds no ground because it is not a candidates fault that ppsc was not able to conduct it in 2011 and secondly cases in the court are fought on the basis of circumstances prevailing at the time of hearing of the cases so even if it is written in the judgement that age relaxation is not going to be given if pms is advertised yearly and even if it is held annually the court can still give age relaxation if the lawyer satisfies him that fundamental rights of candidates have been violated in the light of above discussion stay calm and prepare for the exam whenever they will advertise it than in my humble opinion they will have to give relaxation
Bilal brother let me clear one thing: I have no stake in that age relaxation issue, whether it is granted or not, I am not concerned because i am just 24 year old right now so i won't give incorrect info having some malicious purpose .
Now coming to the issue: You are right that it was PMS 2011 officially not PMS 2012.....brother i hope you are in cognizance of the fact that after the ad that appeared in 2012 asking for reapplication from those who did not apply earlier, the seats of PMS were increased from 45 to 85 thorugh a corrigendum...These were the seats that were meant for PMS 2012 but as there were people who had applied for PMS 2011 but exam did not take place, they merged the seats.....If that would not have been the case. today you would not have been allocated brother

Now coming to High court verdict: In Feb 2011 High court had granted the S & GAD permission to hold the exam with age relaxation for the time being, because latter had asked for permission to conduct the exam as their was acute shortage of officers and promotions were also getting disturbed. Honorable High court in its short judgement gave approbation to hold the exam. In Sep 2012 in its final verdict, it was agreed between S & GAD and High court that if from now (2012 to on wards) the exam is conducted annually then there would be no age relaxation and any petition filed would be scrubbed. The starting point has been taken 2012 and exam was held in 2012 including the seats that were reserved for 2012. Hope it is clear now.....

Brother Bilal Hassan
Dear i have no need myself to file petition for age relaxation as i am well under 28 but what you are saying is not correct no court can arrive at an understanding with one party of case that we will dismiss the petition next time if you do certain things this is negation of justice at the very outset courts decide cases on the basis of law points presented before them by lawyers of both the parties to the dispute and not according to the whims and fancies of a mafia sitting in punjab govt running it like if it is their fiefdom and as far as your assertion regarding malicious purpose is concerned than let me be very clear that if exposing true face and shenanigans of dmg is concerned i will continue to perform this malicious duty as diligently as possible and kindly also tell on which page of interim judgement of high court given by justice mansoor and final verdict given by justice azmat saeed and justice ijaz chaudhry it is written that if govt holds pms annyally they will scrubb the petition next time it would be enlightening for me as well as i have read both judgements in depth

One more thing i want to point out that the dates mentioned by you are not correct the single bench gave its verdict in july 2011 which was challenged by punjab govt before division bench of the lhc in september 2011 and final verdict was announced by division bench of lhc on november 1 2011 by the than cj lhc justice ijaz chaudhry subsequently exam was held in july 2012 in which both of us participated so kindly elaborate that which judgement was given by lhc in september 2012

and lastly i am pretty sure that an learned and knowledgeable friend like you would be well aware of the fact that in govt job ads it is clearly mentioned that the competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seats at any time now in our case was it written in the ad of 2012 that these seats are part of pms 2012 and they have merged them on the contrary in the re advertisement of 2012 seats were decreased to 45 and than through corrigendum it was increased to 77 so the case built by you and other esteemed friends against relaxation is quite weak and in my humble opinion the court of law will reject the plea of govt against relaxation in very first hearing if weak out of context and illogical arguments like these are presented before it

Dear you are very ardently trying to prove your stance. The ad will come out and you will see what happens. My friend never is written in the ads that these and these seats belong to PMS 2011 and those and those are for PMS 2012, as far as dates are concerned, brother the approbation was given in Feb 2012 after which the application were reinvited, the later rulings were given after the exam dear......I would again reiterate that i have said here what i have learnt so far, and it is done on a goodwill, I don't need to misinform any aspirant, because my doing so won't affect them, if the relaxation is gong to be granted my saying that it won't be granted won't affect it. So dear don't take amiss about that.....

in above post brother Umer Azeemi has agreed with that point and he himself is a PMS officer so he must be in cognizance about that matter.....you can take his opinion if not mine
Stay cool and stay Blessed.....Best of luck for the training.

Indeed dear, ad will clarify the real situation. I did not mean that there will be no petition, it will be clear with the passage of time.

We have good memories of sitting in that balcony, though short lived, yet amazing, beside that you are an officer sir, you are venerable for me.

Best of luck and stay blessed.

well brother honestly speaking you were the only one out of the whole lot of candidates who qualified pms 2011 who impressed me with his knowledge insight and wisdom and in that balcony i thought that here i am having chit chat with one of the toppers of pms 2011 and this guy is going to clinch one of top 3 positions but because of that damn punjabi you could not be allocated and some below average fellows with 102 score in the interviews and stereotype subjects made it to the top this is the irony of our educational system but never mind best of luck next time
secondly there is no need to call me sir as i am your friend and will remain so i am not one of those silly fellows found abundantly on this very forum who after becoming officers start giving airs to themselves and pretend that they are somebody out of this world and start fighting with every one that they should treat them with respect as they are now officers and by the way it is high time that we should meet now as 7 months have elapsed since that memorable meeting in the mean while be prepared to have another round of fierce debate on another matter of mutual interest
have a blessed ramzan
