Nestle and Unilever's MTO recruitment was done few months ago. I have heard that they don't induct anyone below LUMS/IBA/NUST/GIKI so its a false hope for people how have graduated from other Universities.

I don't know why they have called us in such early hours, I feel like its going to be an open discussion type of thing where they will deliver their pretty little presentations and other shinanigans about culture and about the organization. This is why I hate HR as a field of study, they don't do anything yet they make it look like they are doing everything (-_-)

The Salary package better be good or reasonable otherwise I will rant out my views right there. They call us at ill managed timings, resulting in a full day leave from office which is hard to come by thesedays.

@Papu dude you are in for sure, all that is left is your approval. Don't worry!

Well that's disappointing like many other MNC's. By the way do you have any idea about Nestle having proper operations in Karachi?
I'm on waiting list of TCS so is it worth going tomorrow?

Nestle's jobs are mostly lahore based, I can't say much about their operations in Karachi as I have little to no info about it.

And well about going there tomorrow, if you were called and have nothing to lose then I guess you should. This whole thing has stretched for far too long there is a chance that people who qualified might not attend it, they might have accepted other offers. You can take Papupopat for example as he got selected for another MTO program. So there is always a chance.

Salary is 20,000 for the first 6 months and then 25,000 for the next 6 months. After this, salary would be 35,000.

What did u guys do there all day long? share some details... i like the 35k part.. didn't really feel good about the rest two. Did they tour you guys to different departments? and what did they tel about the job during training period and after training period?
