Well then you can pursue any one. But if your interest is in banking/finance side then I'll advise you to go for Meezan because there is no guarantee in TCS of being placed in finance department.

W.Salam! I didn't mean to offend you, since you are working in a bank you might have taken it personally. I just stated what i heard from most Ulemah Islam. Dude Islamic Banking is perfectly alright as far as shariah is concerned. But the fact is Bank's Management follows only 20% to 30% of what Shariah says. Just to give you one example; Profit-Loss Account, Depositors never gets any amount deducted from their account when bank suffers a loss, which is against Shariah. This was just one example which might not be very appropriate in this context, but still you might have gotten my point. Yes Islamic Banking (as it is implemented in Pakistan) is better than Conventional banking. But one cant Risk his/her Akhraah on something which he/she is not completely sure about.

@LegentSohail okay lets agree to your viewpoint. My question is that if you're not against it then what is forcing you to leave?

Be patient guys. If you have waited this long, you can wait for a few more days.

And don't worry about the department you will be placed in. Once you get this stamp of being an MTO on your CV, it adds value to your profile and will help in finding future jobs. Not everyone gets selected for an MTO program keep that in mind.

I will post a few insights about the organisational culture here today shortly or maybe tomorrow, a friend of mine knows people in TCS.

Guys I need some advise though it's irrelevant over here. Can anyone please tell me about Nestle that do they have any MTO program in Karachi? And secondly do they have proper operations like Lahore (or just distribution) in Karachi?

I am not sure but Nestle only hire MTOs from LUMS and LSE through campus recruitment. Nestle doesn't hire more than 4 to 5 MTOs per intake so most of the candidates are lahore based (since Nestle Pakistan's head office is based in lahore)
