I am standing with you though i have qualified but if there is something unfair happened than it must be bring forward.... you should file the petition..... best of luck....

I have faith in my ALLAH.... He decides better for everyone...... Those who use unfair mean will not be satisfied from their job even after their selection.....

I am not worried at all and I guess no other candidate who has been called for interview is worried by your senseless claims of nepotism because everything has been done on merit in this recruitment process.

Firstly, psychological test does not carry any marks. You do not either pass or fail. The words used are fit or unfit according to your responses at that point in time of the test. The test would have been checked by psychologists and they would have declared a candidate fit according to the required personality traits for the respective post.

Secondly, I read some posts in which some people were saying that they qualified the ISSB psychological tests and could not qualify NAB psychological test. At the ISSB selection center, you need to clear the verbal, non-verbal and mechanical aptitude tests on first day in order for you to stay for the rest of the three days at the center. There is no way by which you can claim that you were declared psychologically fit at the ISSB (unless you were recommended by the selection panel at ISSB).

As far as your petition is concerned, best of luck for that. By this way you might be able to hamper the induction of deserving candidates for some time. However, justice would prevail like it has been through the entire selection process.

Lastly, GOD helps those who accept their failures and try to change their attitudes.

no one is afraid of this petition. go ahead and file it as many people have extra resources and energies.
this will just bring the process to halt and many deserving people will remember this “justice” throuhout their lives

Definitely, I would support you if there is anything fishy in this recruitment process.

I have stayed jobless for a very long time due to the reason of nepotism in our public as well as private sector. I never lost heart, instead tried even more harder thinking that something is lacking in my personality.

Alhamdulilah, I am in the race for the post of AD. The very reason being presence of meritocracy in this selection process.

Normal IQ level is 100....

If one is having 150 or above IQ level he is also considered abnormal and a person having below 70 IQ level is also considered abnormal....

So both the extra genius and dull considered as abnormal personalities....

In the psychological test those who choose the most option as Strongly Agree and Strongly Disagree fall in the above and below average category....

Similarly every psychological test has a rating scale for personality test one is the average and other two are below and above average....

The candidate who fall in the scale of average are considered suitable and above and below are considered unsuitable.....

i only selected 2 options as strong. all others i selected were simply agree or disagree. so bro this also does not explains.

All I want to say is please don't make a fool out of yourself, we all know that from the beginning everything has been done on merit. Honestly, those who are thinking about going to court are becoming a laughing stock because the organization you are blaming is much more responsible then you think of. Anyway, the decision is yours.
And those who think failure is not an option, I would say success comes with guts.

My heartiest congratulations to those who made it to the interview, best of luck for your selection & may ALLAH bless you always.

And those who did not make it to the interview despite good marks I would say remember these words "I am not competent enough", these will put you out of misery. Life doesn't end here. Accept your failure & work even more hard for days to come, life is full of surprises.

I'm giving my roll numbers just in case you think I'm advocating NAB or....

JIO-39140499

This thread now belongs to successful & competent candidates.

Dear first of all I feel sorry that could not qualify for interview despite scoring very good marks, but I am sure there is something much better destined for your future, because good and positive attitude always carve its way itself. Dear the way NAB carried out this hiring process is unprecedented, on other end job was also highly sought after, that is why expectations of most of the candidates were very high, and now desperation among these candidates is also due to that high expectation level. It is for sure, hiring in NAB will also be made in future, and being an anti corruption organization that hiring will also be transparent and we all know that no other such prestigious organization make transparent hiring in this country. In present situation one must accept the reality, and no need to take any severe step that might hurt his/her future chances of selection in NAB. One must also keep in mind that dealing with court cases is the routine matter for NAB, their representatives know law much better than many lawyers in the Bars, and they have remained very much conscious regading this entire recruitment process, because it is the matter of their repute. Therefore, It is highly recommended that if someone really wants to resort to court then think 100 times, because either he/she is successful in his/her case [that is highly highly unlikely] or lose the case, in both the scenarios he/she will lose NAB as an employer forever.
