Exclamation

There could've been a plenty of other ways to cut down expenditures instead of depriving those who are serving as the backbone of this country. Many of us could have chosen to go abroad and make millions, but we chose to stay here and give our life and blood to this country, and that's what we are getting in return! It's hopelessly disappointing!

2. 75 billion rupees for income support programme which only support the voters of PPP (2008-13) and now hopefully PML-N voters (2013-18).

you might disagree with my opinion but it is naked truth.
As You are living in Pakistan , can 17 grade officer make his/her both ends met with Rs.30,000/month. surely not, then what will he do. He/she has two options which i have already mentioned in my previous post.
way to go my friend! are you talking about the Federal Budget 2013-14?
You are pretending to be neutral but it is clearly manifested in your response that you are taking sides.....

My friend the magic sick that you thought a certain party could have swung, they can use it in their respective province....

PPP govt makes a decision to spend money on Income Support program and you are taking it in Federal budget 2013-14, if they retain it then it does not mean that they won't make the functioning better...My friend you are respected for me but please come up with logical thing.....

For all I want to make one thing clear. There is nothing like a bad or good budget, its all about the priorities and preferences upon which it is set according to the agenda of that specific government. There are two kinds of budget one a Leftist budget and other a Rightest budget. This budget is Rightest in kind. Meaning it is based upon cutting the Government expenditure, Enhancing the role of private sector, Eliminating subsidies, Increasing taxes etc.
As far as the details of this budget are concerned it is mainly targeting the welfare of Investor class. Services sector which is the most developed sector so far has been taxed heavily. Agri sector once again has not been taxed which is the revision of old policy. Tax increase on Tobacco, cigarette, Paan etc is a good thing. But the elimination of subsidy on sugar and other food items is deplorable. Moreover when you are not increasing the salaries you should at least not abolish the subsidies. The expenditure on non-development projects like Laptop, and stipend of 10k for Masters degree holders etc. are a mere wastage and show. The essence of the budget is that its a business friendly budget and we will have to give more sacrifices.

you didn't get my point. I said that if they really want to cut the expenditures then they should abandon the schemes like distribution of laptops and income support programme. Income support programme has been included in the federal budget 2013-14 (you might have not read the budget document).
There is 7.5% inflation in the country at present, according to finance minister. and there is no increase in the pay/salaries of govt employees which means their real income will decrease by 7.5% annually. how they will manage it ?

No increase in salaries but increase in tax from 1% to 5% means decrease in salaries.

My dear and sweetest brother,
I have given technical details already with economic analysis.....now i will tell you some other thing and from entirely another perspective.....

All want increment in the salaries, means they want the salaries to be increased.....

My friends we must seek برکت in our money not کثرت.....If you are earning 15000 a month and you have barkat then these 15000 would be more than enough and if you are earning 300,000 a month and have no barkat then these and even double amount would mean nothing.....this is not a tale or lie, i have empirical evidences.....

Always ask from ALLAH for barkat, be thankful to his blessings and he will double his blessings.....

ALLAH ko apna bna lo aur ALLAh k ban jao to apko kici b aisi chez ki tention nai ho gi.....ager ap meri story sunen to apko yaqeen a jaye ga k mein jo kuch keh rha mein khud uska proof hun, my father is a govt employee of BS 1 and earns only 15000 a month and he is the sole support we have, i'm an MBA, did not do any bank job because of interest, sood k paisy mein barkat nai hoti....but ALLAH ka shukar hy k ALLAh ki her nemat hy humary pass.....apko bus realize krany k liye btaya hy....

aur Hakumat sy koi b ummeden nai rakhni chaye, apko sirf ALLAh sy umeed rakhni chahye jo sub ko rizak deta hy.....Kaha suna muaf kren, discussions mein hum kabhi personal b ho jaty hain but ap mere bhai hain aur qabil e ahtram hain..i guess i owe you an apology as i sounded rude perhaps...i'm sorry for everything...

the budget indicated that it is made by bussines minded people.what is the use of distributing lap tops because ishaq,s company has brouht from india etc .the news published that they utilized money of other districts and spent it on metro bus.ppsc could not arrange tests because of lack of fund.mppd could not start training courses because of lack of fund.they have individualistic approch distribution of solar panel should be to schools instead of individuals.pmln always wins from rawalpindi cantt fro 1985 to 2013 except in 2002 same is the case of chakwal but there is not a single mega educational or health or other program.appoinment of ministers from specific regions showed their apporch.
it is the first government in whose rule processions and protests started after 10 days
